4. What are the entry guidelines?
Submission deadline is Friday, January 9, 2009.
Nominees are not bound by their geographic location, but the project must have demonstrated impact on the Greater Philadelphia region (Philadelphia, Bucks, Chester, Delaware and Montgomery counties in PA; Burlington, Camden, Gloucester and Mercer counties in NJ).
All submission materials must be included.
Nominees agree that their submission may be posted to the web site, and summaries may be used in public outreach (including media).
Finalists will be determined in mid January and may be asked to submit additional information for the Awards ceremony. Winners will not be informed until the awards event. Details to follow.

All nominees are encouraged to attend the Awards reception event in March. Each nominating organization will receive at least 5 reserved spaces at the event (the event is free but registration will be required).
2007 and 2008 Philadelphia Sustainability Award winners are not eligible to win in 2009 for the same project. Other projects completed by winners may be submitted.
